Every one loves a top 10 list, and if it’s Real Estate related…well, I’m “all in”!

Here are the top 10 Residential Single Family Home Sales for the Lake Chelan market area for 2015.

Number 10:

 2455 Summit Blvd, Manson 98831

Chelan timber frame homeListed for $949,000, this home, boasting more than 4200 square feet, on 2.6 acres was an amazing testament to the beauty of it’s timber frame construction. This home was offered for sale at $949,000 sold for $920,000 in May 2015.

428 W Columbia Ave Chelan, WA

Luxury Homes Lake Chelan

Such a super cool house in the heart of town…This classically styled home had been recently remodeled, is within easy walking distance to town and a quick drive to nearby wineries. Built in 1932, the main home was supported by a 2 Car Carriage house with Apartment above. On the market for 172 days, this home was offered originally at  $1,075,000 which eventually was reduced to $985,000 which was ultimately the selling price. This home closed in December 2015
