It’s that time of year again, when we look back at the Highest Priced Home sales in Chelan and Manson for the past year. I’ve enjoyed sharing “Top 10 Highest Priced Home Sales” lists for many years. #2 Highest Priced Home Sold in Lake Chelan 2018
I don’t know if I ever could pick a favorite property, but this one would definitely be on my top 5 of all time list. Maybe it’s the sprawling lawns or the architectural details of a by-gone era. I do know I had several clients also falling in love with this home on the North Shore of the Lake. Built in 1944 with an effective age of 2002, this home is nearly 4000 square feet and enjoys 1.18 Acre of manicured lawns and 136′ of low bank bulkhead and private sandy beach.
Listed for $2,785,000, this home sold for full ask at $2,785,000 (and that’s not surprising at all)

Unfortunately I don’t have better photos to share of this one, because this was a private off market sale. There were several parcels included at the sold price and including this amazing custom home, a guest house and a farm house.
