It’s that time of year again, when we look back at the Highest Priced Home sales in Chelan and Manson for the past year. I’ve enjoyed sharing “Top 10 Highest Priced Home Sales” lists for many years. Whether you’re in the market to buy or sell or just enjoy looking at beautiful homes…here you go! These are the 10 highest priced single family homes listed and sold in Chelan and Manson in 2017.*

Listed at $1,195,000 this property sold for $1,167,000

#9 Highest Priced Home Sold in 2017

Properties on Hyacinth Rd don’t become available very often. So when they do, they don’t linger. Such was the case with this North Shore Waterfront home located in Manson. With a new dock, coveted bulkhead waterfront and it’s “Gold Coast” location, this 2 BR 2 BA vintage ’70’s Rambler sold for $937/square foot after only 38 days on market.

This incredible home is over 6000 square feet, but is very warm and inviting with room for family, guest and lots and lots of great fun. The 2001 built home has numerous custom details such as the heated driveway, boat garage and radiant heated flooring. It’s not surprising that despite it’s top of the market price, this 5 BR 4 BA showplace sold in just 21 days.

Listed for $3,795,000, this home sold for $3,500,000
