Every Tuesday, during the Summer, Real Estate Brokers in the Chelan Valley go on Broker tour to view any newly listed properties, or those which may need a second look after a price drop or condition change. Admittedly, I get to see some truly amazing houses while showing clients property, but Broker tours offer me the opportunity to take my time going through the home and take in details. Sometimes those are….well, different. Other times they can be funky and many times they are just really cool!
